How it works
- Type or paste the problem. Arithmetic, algebra, calculus, word problems, unit conversions — Maith reads it the way a person would, not just as a formula to parse.
- AI solves it. The model works the problem the way a careful student would: identifying what's given, choosing the right method, and executing it step by step.
- Every step gets explained. Instead of collapsing the work into a single opaque answer, Maith shows each step and states why it's valid — which rule, identity, or operation justifies moving from one line to the next.
- You check your own understanding. Because the reasoning is visible, you can find exactly where your own approach diverged from Maith's, instead of just learning that you were wrong.
Why the explanation is the product
A bare answer tells you what; it never tells you why. That distinction is where actual learning happens, and it's the gap most calculators leave completely unaddressed. Maith treats the explanation as a first-class output on equal footing with the number itself — not a "show work" toggle bolted on afterward, but the core thing it's designed to produce.
